Memorial Day...

Echo Lake

Remembering those that have served and sacrificed for our country ... and those that are still serving this Memorial Day. Thank you and may God bless your lives abundantly.

Enjoyed a delightful kayak float on Memorial Day. Pat and I dusted off our kayaks and headed to Echo lake, only 20 minutes from the house. It was a gorgeous morning, we did get off the lake before a storm rolled in that afternoon.

My hubby kayaking Echo Lake

I bet this old boat could tell some stories!

More news...I started working 3 days a week in our little town a couple of weeks ago. One of our shops is now under new ownership and she has completely revamped the entire boutique and coffee shop. Love working retail, and enjoy working the boutique. I still have plenty of time to work in my little shop, "Attic Charm". Traffic in town is picking up, school's almost out, the visitors are arriving, and my sales are going up!!

If anyone out there is thinking about taking a trip to Montana, make sure you put Historic Philipsburg Montana on your schedule and stop in "The Daily Grind" for a good cup of coffee and browse the boutique, Also, check out "Attic Charm" located in the loft area of "Schnibbles".

Looking forward to a great summer season here in Philipsburg Montana!

Great! Those 2 businesses needed a little "umphff" to make it shine. You are the right person. See you in July.

Oh this reminded me of my kayaking days...how I loved being out on the water! What a beautiful place for it! Looks as if you had the place to yourself. I will certainly suggest your corner to anyone heading you way. It is so gorgeous there! Have a terrific summer...
